Kuno Sommer is Chairman of the Board of INFORS HT and various other biotech companies. In his 20+ years of professional career in the life science industry he was amongst other functions, a member of Roche’s Executive Committee and CEO of Berna Biotech.

Anja Hawrylenko
Anja Hawrylenko is Vice Chairwoman and represents the Hawrylenko family on the Board of Directors in the 2nd generation.

Simone Wyss Fedele
Simone Wyss Fedele is CEO of Switzerland Global Enterprise. In her 15+ years of professional career in the life science, insurance, consulting, MEM and public sector she has been responsible for product launches, negotiating market access terms and engaging with official bodies in over 30 countries for companies such as Novartis, Takeda, Helvetia and Endress+Hauser. Prior to her current position, she was a member of the Country Leadership Team Novartis Switzerland.

Nils I. Øyo
Nils I. Øyo is Head Operations at Medica AG. He is a business economist and has been working in the life sciences industry for more than 25 years. He is a board member of Health Tech Cluster Switzerland.

Christoph Meyer
Christoph Meyer is a partner at NEOVIIUS Advokatur & Notariat in Basel and lectures at the University of Basel. He has accompanied, advised and represented companies in the private and public sectors for many years. His focus is on contract, labour and construction law.

Stephan Schindler
Stephan Schindler was a long-standing Executive Committee member and CFO of a listed international market leader. His expertise in global business development is a valuable asset to our company.
Stephan Schindler focuses on Finance and IT in his position as Member of the Board of Directors.
